FAQs for Current Clients

What if I need to reschedule my appointment?

Please call us as soon as you know you can't make it. We understand that life happens—just give us a heads up so we can offer your time to someone else who needs it.

How do I request my medical records?

Contact our office at (330) 264-9597 and ask to speak with our records department. We'll walk you through the simple release process.

How do virtual sessions work?

If you and your provider have agreed to telehealth sessions, you'll receive a secure link before your appointment. Just click the link at your scheduled time. No special software needed. Make sure you're in a private space where you can talk openly.

Can parents or guardians join my sessions?

For clients under 18, family involvement is often part of treatment. Your provider will discuss what makes sense for your specific situation. Parents and guardians are always welcome to be part of the process.

How do I get a medication refill?

If you're working with one of our psychiatric providers, contact our office to request a refill. Please allow 48 hours for processing. For urgent needs, let our staff know when you call.

What if Anazao can't meet my needs?

We'll never leave you hanging. If we're not the right fit or you need specialized services we don't offer, we'll help you connect with the right provider or program in our community. We have extensive partnerships with organizations across the county.
